"The front office person was very rude to the customer. We asked for 1 more bath towel but he said it’s not authorized. Refused to give us a towel. They provide a towel later. I never met any hotel’s front office person is rude to the cusomers."

Staff was very friendly and communicated clearly. Breakfast was included and it was good for hotel fare. The in room massage chair was a plus.
