My sister and I spent two nights at this hotel, service was amazing, room was very clean and so was the bathroom, no mold , no bad smell, beds and pillows very comfortable and room extremely spacious . No issues finding parking for our car, they helped us park right in front of the hotel. I absolutely recommend this hotel. Nothing fancy , but totally comfortable. Just don’t expect much for breakfast, it is very basic to just have a bite before you leave for the day,

This hotel was amazing! It has a central location, though it was difficult to find it by car. When we found it, we could park in front of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was breath of fresh air after a couple bad experiences. It was spacious and clean, though a little dusty. It is a modern room and bathroom. The noise from outside did not bother us. The staff even recommended a sira night nearby, which was a lovely experience. The only downside to this hotel was their breakfast, which was minimal and not very tasty.

Güneydoğu turumuzda Urfa’da konaklamaktan memnuniyet duyduğumuz bir oteldi. Çalışan arkadaşlar çok samimi ve güler yüzlüydü. Otele gelmeden önce mutlaka arayıp otopark ve otelin konumu için destek almalısınız. Kaldığımız oda gerçekten çok çok temiz ve konforluydu. Kahvaltı çok bol ve lezzetli olmakla birlikte, bazı yiyecekler baharatlı ve baharat sevmeyenler için baharatsız olarak servis edilmişti. Bir daha gitsem birdaha yine bu otelde kalmak istiyorum :)

Resepsiyon daki hanımefendi çok yardımcı oldu ancak kapımızın kilidi bozuktu iki günde çözemediler. Çıkış yaparken otopark için fiş verilmesi gerekiyormuş İslam adındaki çalışan arkadaş fiş vermemek için otopark ücreti çok değil diyerek bizim ödememizi imâ ben anlamamazlıktan gelince vermek zorunda kaldı. Çok amatörce bir davranış. Otel fena değil merkezi olması avantaj.

Öncelikle otel evcil hayvan dostu, Odalar temiz, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever, otopark biraz sıkıntılı çünkü otel merkezi konumda, çarşı içi, araç girişine kapalı fakat oteli arayınca yardımcı oluyorlar. Bize göre tek kusur kahvalti olabilir, biraz geliştirilmeye ihtiyacı var. Teşekkür ederiz.

odalar temiz otel çalısanları ilgili otopark tatil olduğu için otelin önüne müade ettiler ama gündüzleri cadde trafiğe kapalı. otelin konumu çok iyi çarşının içinde olması çok güzel.
