"On arrival we received a very warm welcome, the staff are very attentive and helpful. Our room was clean and bright, bed was very comfortable as we're the pillows. The only downside was the smell of drains not only in our room but around the hotel I think there must have been some sort of an issue as there were a maintenance team looking at this on day 2 of our stay. But dont let this put you off. The breakfast is a must, so well presented and plenty of choice."

"Lovely location and nice breakfast. As a corporate hotel it was missing a few of the more considerate gestures. We were only allowed one coffee pod on arrival. No fresh milk provided. Room seemed a little sparse. No air con in the reception which felt very muggy in 80% humidity."

"The night manager who welcomed us in the early hours of 18th July was very helpful and took care of us after the long journey. Pool bar team and food excellent. Restaurant staff were excellent but the food selection was a little disappointing. Transfers to and from the airport booked through Expedia failed to deliver and ruined part of the holiday for us. We were abandoned at the airport on arrival after flight delay and had to book a rental car as huge taxi queue. Then had to return the car next day and take another taxi. The website for Expedia and the transfer site awful to make contact and resolve the issue. Finally managed to get a refund on the transfer both journeys as the return transfer had been cancelled due to no driver again. No contact was made to inform us of this!! Wasted too much time trying to resolve this online and by phone. Hotel had to book a local taxi firm to provide the service we had prepaid £200+ for. Won’t be doing that again with Expedia. Only offered a credit note for the inconvenience. Not good enough Expedia….."

"We were reading reviews and were worry but it’s absolutely different experience! We skied for upgrade and for 60 eur per night we got a big room with terrace and separate bathroom. Territory is clean,we liked the idea that it is all separate little houses with few room ,not one big hotel. Breakfast was really good,a lot of variety for 3 stars,some people forgot its not 5 stars :) Pool is nice,we don’t get to earlier so no issue with opening time,see is in 10 minutes walk and it is so warm! The only thing,we’ve need prominsed coffee machine and robes with water every day and we didn’t get it,we reminded a few times and just tired in the end. But we absolutely enjoyed our stay and had a great time!"

"What a dream come true. You definitely don’t stay at Ushuaia for luxury or comfort, the rooms are small and it’s a party hotel. But it was the most amazing experience. Yea the lobby looks like you’re staying at a motel, but the restaurants, nightlife, pool, location and beaches make up for everything! The service was amazing!!! Anything we needed towels/toilet paper etc.. never took more than 10 min. The room service was great and also very fast. The beach restaurant and pool was amazing vibes and great food selection. Loved having my personal bar in my room while I enjoyed the shows, Made it easy to grab a drink and keep partying. I can go on and on. See you there next year! I’m definitely coming back! What a great week!"
