"Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again."

"First of all, i didn’t stay at The Rooms. They put me at one of their other properties, which, if it were summer and I was a poor college kid vacationing with friends, would have been fine. But other than the location and the entryway, this Air B&B was not good! The bedding was old, worn and stained. The toilet seat was broken, the towel warmer didn’t work, the fridge barely worked so my yogurts were warm, the shower was the size of a phone booth and there were absolutely NO amenities!...
