"can’t say enough good things about my experience at the Best Western Plus Riata. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was quick, friendly, and efficient, and every team member I encountered was courteous and professional. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I really appreciated the modern touches, from the big-screen TV to the spotless bathroom. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with plenty of hot and cold options that were fresh and well-stocked. The pool area and outdoor seating were also great for relaxing after a long day, and the location is perfect — close to restaurants, stores, and the main highway, yet quiet enough to get a peaceful night’s rest. Overall, Best Western Plus Riata exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s clear that management and staff truly care about their guests’ comfort. I’ll absolutely be staying here again the next time I’m in Brownwood — highly recommend!"

"First off workers are great and just doing the best they can. We got there about 6:20 and check in was very rough. They have a very old system for taking payment took quite a while. First room they gave us the key lock did not work it just spun. They gave us another room and it worked. One nice thing is most rooms have covered parking. Our minivan fit under it just fine. Rooms are pretty small and very dated. Had 2 double beds and that took up most of the floor space. This is a theme in brownwood and early rooms are very expensive for what you get and thats not just here. Check out was very easy thankfully they just took the key. "
