Sandpiper Lodge
Water pressure in shower was less than adequate - more like a dribble. Water Temperature of the shower also fluctuated severely to the point of scalding at times. Everything else pretty reasonable.

Avania Inn of Santa Barbara
The main lobby coffee machine was broken, and did not get fixed during our 4-day stay. However, they brought in coffee from Pete's, which was OK. The room was fine, although we had some issues with doors slamming.
