Good location, near the ocean and just beautiful. But if you don’t speak any Italian or something similar, the staff and people in town will be annoyed by you, and they‘ll let you feel it. Not much respect and patience from them

It was like being in a palace! With a beautiful view to Adriatic sea, with a balcony, the room with high ceilings and a spacious bathroom. Rich breakfast. Friendly stuff. Everything was great!

Ar condicionado ruim

Bem localizado, prédio imponente, quartos grandes. Os pontos ruins são o ar condicionado e o tamanho do box do chuveiro que o menor que vi na minha vida. Tive que trocar de quarto pq no primeiro não funcionava o ar condicionado. No segundo quarto o ar meramente deixava o quarto um pouco habitável. O café da manha é bom porem a maquina de cafe é lenta e forma filas grandes.

Ich und meine Schwester waren sehr entäuscht über underen 2 Wöchigen Aufenthalt im 4 Stern Albergo Palazzo. - Dusche kann nur ganz kalt bedient werden (es gibt auch kein Lauwarm) - Balkontüren werden bei 35 Grad von Putzpersonal offengelassen - Klimaanlage läuft 24/7, keine Möglichkeit diese auszuschalten - an manchen Tagen riecht die Luft aus der Klimaanlage nach Fäkalien, einmal hat das komplette Hotel danach gerochen - Wc Schüssel läuft unten am Boden aus - leider ist das Personal auch nicht besonders freundlich, man wird weder begrüsst noch verabschiedet an der Rezeption Wir sind überhaupt nicht kompliziert & haben auch etwas einfaches gesucht. Jedoch entsprechen Fotos auf der Website nicht dem, was es in Wirklichkeit ist. Auch ist es auf keinen Fall ein 4 Stern Hotel! Wir werden es nicht noch einmal buchen.

Personale indisponibile, poco accogliente, camera discreta ma molto sporca. Ad aggravare il tutto mi hanno raschiato l’auto nel parcheggio chiuso dell’albergo, con camere presenti si sono rifiutati di visionare i filmati o di darmi supporto per comprendere chi mi avesse raschiato palesemente apposta con una chiave l’auto. Vivamente sconsigliato!

Struttura da ristrutturare ma in ottima posizione. Colazione inadeguata, sia per la qualità sia per l’organizzazione, circa 15 minuti di fila per accedere alla macchinetta del caffè/the etc.

Ancien hôtel des Thermes rénové. Grande chambre avec vue sur mer. Très bon état et propreté. Très bon petit déjeuner avec sucré / salé. Très bon accueil du personnel à la réception et au petit déjeuner. Le bar était fermé. Il manquait un plateau de courtoisie en chambre pour réaliser un café ou un thé.

Struttura esternamente molto originale e possente con un vasto parcheggio è una stupenda vista mare antistante all’ingresso. All’arrivo in data 26 agosto un odore terribile fognante che doveva essere motivato all arrivo.Ma nonostante io sia una persona molto molto flessibile,non ci è stato comunicato nemmeno un minimo motivo di guasto o problema che persisteva nei corridoi e piano terra dell intera struttura. Odore inaccettabile che ha continuato a esserci nel pomeriggio e nella mattina seguente nei spazi comuni specialmente all ingresso dell hotel e nei corridoi. Struttura non all altezza di 4 stelle considerando corridoi molto simili paragonabili a quelli di un “istituto di scuole superiori classico” Nonostante sia una persona molto flessibile,non ho accettato l indifferenza davanti a un problema o guasto dove non ci si è nemmeno interessati a comunicare a tutti i clienti una motivazione.struttura non considerabile assolutamente da 4 stelle Odore

Personale non molto cordiale, letti scomodi, una cosa che proprio non mi è piaciuta e che è una struttura dove ammettono animali e poi ci hanno sconsigliato di andare a fare colazione con il cane, di non andare in determinati posti ecc… ma se ammettono animali poi non devono dire di non andare in un posto o altero. Comunque non ci torneremo

Hôtel très vieillot. J’aime le charme du vintage et rétro, mais ici, c’est vraiment très très vieillot . Les chambres auraient besoin d’être refaites, et entretenues. On sent un laisser aller. Point positif : la magnifique vue mer et le petit déjeuner correct. Mais l’ensemble est cher pour ce que c’est.

Da ristrutturare o almeno migliorare!

Albergo datato,va bene l'arredamento vecchio e il bagno anni 80 ma la puzza di umido, i pezzi di stucco staccati negli angoli e sulle pareti e la polvere di stucco a terra non sono tollerabili per un 4 stelle. Senza contare le finestre che non si chiudono, una tapparella rotta e la mancanza di un doccino nella doccia! Si siamo nel 2019 e c'è il soffione fisso nella doccia! Alla reception sembrava dessimo fastidio e con una scusa hanno preteso il ceck out con pagamento appena arrivati! Ristorante appena accettabile, buffet scarso, una menzione solo per la ragazza con i capelli lisci e neri che ci ha serviti, molto gentile educata e professionale! Peccato, potrebbe essere un albergo molto più soddisfacente vista la posizione, basterebbero piccoli interventi...per adesso non lo consigliamo!
