Hotel très respectable avec spa et piscine. Mais malheureusement, le bain Turc, jaccuzzi et les services de spa n'étaient pas disponible, alors que nous y allions justement pour ces services. Pour le reste, impeccable.

Sconsigliatissimo hotel abbandonato senza manutenzione alcuna da anni (al massimo due stelle non di piu ) scarico del wc guasto (abbiamo usato un secchio con acqua per pulire il water) aspiratore in bagno guasto (bagno cieco immaginate gli odori) telefono in camera guasto , insomma un disatro Andate all Est Hotel a pochi metri ma davvero fantastico , nuovo e ben gestito

Niet goed en geen service parkeren was duurder terwijl deur stuk was we zijn 2 dagen eerder vertrokken wat dus genoeg zegt en geen compensatie ook het ontbijt was niet goed en het ergste pads voor espresso in Italië dan houd het voor mij echt op kom hier nooit meer

Solitamente passiamo le vacanze estive in Puglia, e ci piace spendere qualche giorno visitando le bellezze di questa regione. Quest’anno abbiamo deciso di passare un paio di giorni nel “profondo sud” e abbiamo scelto questo hotel a Santa Cesarea Terme. La struttura è situata in alto rispetto al paese, quindi si gode di una bella vista, e grazie ad una breve scalinata si arriva sul lungo mare, dove poter già accedere alla struttura dei bagni termali. Altrimenti a pochi minuti con la macchina si raggiungono altri incantevoli posti dove il mare e la natura la fa da padrona. La stanza ampia e dotata di tutti i confort descritti, era pulita, ma avrebbe necessitato di qualche attenzione in più. Angoli di battiscopa staccati, alcune passate di vernice “molto rapide” e cornici del bagno da incollare, non sono passati inosservati, ma di sicuro non hanno reso il soggiorno meno piacevole. Di sicuro era in procinto di essere risistemata a fine stagione. Colazione abbondante e fornita sia di dolce che di salato. Personale sempre gentile, disponibile a dare suggerimenti e pronto a proporre i servizi addizionali offerti dalla struttura a prezzi competitivi. Bellissima piscina all’aperto dove rilassarsi e bere un piacevole e fresco caffè salentino. Purtroppo, non posso dire nulla della SPA non avendola visitata né provata. Suggerisco ai proprietari di introdurre una breve visita della SPA al momento del check-in, se l’ospite gradisce. Sicuramente da tenere presente per prossime vacanze.

Nice hotel, awful music...

Most of the staff were nice. The hotel could do with a few improvements like most places but it's nice enough. The pool area is lovely and a nice place to spend the day. Wifi was patchy but good 4G signal so we used that instead. Overall pretty good. The only urgent area of improvement is the poolside music. They were playing Italian gangster rap music at full volume on patched together hi-fi set up. The sound quality is truly awful. You also literally can't hear yourself think when it's playing and there is absolutely no chance of having a conversation. The pool only had a couple of young families around it and nobody was enjoying it. All good apart from that.

Vi abbiamo soggiornato dal 22 al 25 agosto. E una bella struttura ma purtroppo trascurata. Carente la pulizia, specie nelle camere. Il personale è cortese. Il direttore presente e risolutivo.....ma non basta! Avendo scelto un 4 stelle pagando € 135 a notte, le aspettative erano ben altre. P.S. l'accesso alla SPA è a pagamento.

Hotel bello e arredato con gusto, camera spaziosa e bagno grande, pulizia inesistente, kit di cortesia scarso e bagnoschiuma in bustine (non indicato x un 4 stelle) teli da bagno vecchi e sfilacciati, bella la piscina
