“I was very pleased with Blu Galapagos. The rooms were very clean, great view, very helpful staff. My only recommendation would be to not use the tour company in the hotel. I booked a tour after being very specific in what I wanted to see. I was assured it was possible but once I arrived the tour guide explained there was not enough time within my limited time to see what I came for. Very disappointed. “The best part about staying at Royal Palms Galapagos was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful, making their best effort to make our stay enjoyable. They remembered our dietary restrictions and would point out if a dish had food we couldn’t eat. The facilities were very nice, and cleaned by friendly staff. The property grounds were serene and lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely choose the Royal Palms again.”

“Centrally located with lots of choices to shop and eat. A block away from The Port and plenty of taxis available. The Staff was great and their breakfasts in the morning are incredible! WiFi was a little spotty but that’s the only thing I’d change. They even packed us little snack bags for our airport run!! ”
