Find Resorts & Hotels with Spas in Santa Cruz Island

The kindest and most thoughtful staff you will ever find. Hotel was beautiful, renovated but with a lot of charm. Breakfast was delicious. Overall our stay there was well beyond our expectations. 100% recommend

What a great property! We explored the property every day and found tortoises everywhere. The food was good- especially the lunch we had preordered for our arrival. We are vegans and it was perfect. The Manager, Shania, was really helpful and exceptional at her job. The rest of the staff was great as well. Our only complaint was that we were in room 7 in the main building. We were above the kitchen and the noise at 6:15am was as if we were sleeping in the kitchen. Until that sound proof...

A wonderful thing about the hotel is that it is operated by Metropolitan Tours. All or half day hiking and boat excursions led by a guide can be reserved at the desk. And, most importantly, you are guaranteed the best possible tour and experience. Royal Palms is an exceptional property that offers a unique experience immersed in nature. Guests can enjoy the tranquility and seclusion the location provides. The pool and jacuzzis are excellent, and the pleasant weather even at night makes the jacuzzis particularly enjoyable. It was a delightful experience to soak in the hot water during a drizzle, adding to the charm of the hotel, which is situated in the heart of the island. While the hotel is relatively close to all major attractions,...

Wonderful little hotel -- affordable and conveniently located a few blocks from the village. Staff are friendly and helpful. Jonathon, in particular, was extremely helpful in getting us from the airport to the hotel and arranged some excellent days trips, including two surf boats that enabled us to reach some off-shore breaks. Would definitely return to Galapagos Dreams and highly recommend the hotel to others.

I had a wonderful stay at this Bay View House  in the Galápagos Islands. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and nicely furnished, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Galápagos.
