I paid for my stay though cheap tickets. It was prepaid and they over charged me and charged me for stay again. I have 3 charges from Saasil retreat now even though staff promised they won’t make this mistake because they stated they know pre-paid doesn’t show in their system. Thank God I only stayed there for 3 days.

Somethings were amazing, the staff, the clean rooms, the wonderful food, and beautiful grounds, and magical massages. Somethings were less than wonderful, but take the good with the bad. The hot water is more along the line of warmish water. My rooms door knob broke, but was fixed the next day.
