Ligging is erg mooi en rustig. Werd dagelijks 'schoon' gemaakt en schone handdoeken. Personeel was niet al te vriendelijk en handelt voornamelijk vanuit eigen belang, zodat het vooral voor hun gemakkelijk is i.p.v. voor de bezoekers. Hygiene en eten is slecht, ontbijt is vies en bestek, servies en zoutvaatjes plakken.

Une très bonne impression en arrivant, mieux que ce que je pensais mais un bémol le 2 eme jour avec l'arrivée d'un couple qui a eu du mal à accepter ma présence à côté de leur logement . Attention à l'esprit grégaire Italiens entre Italiens . Ils ont réussi à me polluer le dernier jour .C'est vraiment dommage car le site est très bien et les logements très sympas

Quiet hotel, on the quiet side of the island!

This is a quieter hotel with a family-vibe, quite a long way from the hectic club scene. Reception was courteous, warm and professional. Rooms are laid out in small blocks in a well-landscaped setting, with fabulous sea views. Huge pool, beside stage and bar/restaurant. Very active kid's club by the look of it. Access to a "terrace" area by the sea is down quite a sharp incline with pretty rough surface, so not suitable if mobility is a challenge! Rooms are small, clean and equipped with fridge and air con. (€3 per night extra for air-con activation!) I did pay the extra, as the upstairs room became sweltering, after a very hot day (33C+) Sun terrace outside each pair of rooms, and a small patio with chairs outside each room.

The whole property was wonderful and properly taken care of, in terms of gardening and cleaning. We just didn’t like a neighbour listening to music until 4 am very loud without a proper action from the employees and to pay to use the AC.

De ligging is rustig, buiten alle drukte maar voldoende dichtbij mooie baaitjes, Ibiza stad en de Hippiemarkt.Prima uitvalsbasis en prettig personeel. Het was rustig bij Club Cala Azul. Er leken heel weinig gasten te zijn. We hadden soms het zwembad voor ons alleen en altijd een bedje en parasol tot onze beschikking. Fijne - lounge - terrasmuziek. We hadden halfpension. Het eten was prima, maar de dinertijd 20-22 uur is eigenlijk onhandig als je er 's avonds nog opuit wilt. In het hotel zelf wil men wel een avondprogramma aanbieden. Maar dat is eigenlijk onzinnig en wat sneu (voor 10 gasten een "Michael Jackson show" en een kidsclub voor 4 kinderen :-|). Het ontbijt is eenvoudig maar echt prima. Aan de bar kun je de gehele dag drankjes en koffie bestellen tegen een prima prijs. Evt. kun je tot 15 uur nog lekker lunchgerechten bestellen. Ook alles tegen een nette prijs. We hadden een grote kamer met groot balkon met zeezicht. Echter als je ging zitten, zat je achter de plantenbakken, waardoor je geen zeezicht meer had ;-). We hebben ook geen gebruik gemaakt van dit balkon/terras. Een volgende keer kiezen wij niet meer voor halfpension maar wel voor ontbijt. En grote kans dat we nog een keer terugkomen.

Hôtel décevant

Lors de notre arrivée a l’hôtel à 21h30, il n’y avait déjà plus personne à la réception. De plus, à notre entrée dans la chambre, nous avons trouvé plusieurs cafards. On nous en a alors attribué une plus petite pour passer la nuit, nous certifiant que nous allions changer le lendemain pour une plus grande (pour laquelle nous avions payé). Le lendemain, nous avons dû insister pour changer, la personne à l’accueil nous certifiant qu’il n’y avait pas de différence de taille de chambre... et elle a voulu nous faire payer une taxe de 30€. Nous n’avons eu aucun geste commercial pour le désagrément et malgré notre désaccord, nous avons dû payer cette taxe. L’hotel est quant à lui très beau, mais ressemble plutôt à un camping qu’à un hôtel haut standing. Le personnel est accueillant mais la nourriture laisse vraiment à désirer.

Mooi en netjes

Zeer mooi gelegen park, hoog op rotsen met uitzicht over zee. Kamer sober en aardig schoon (alleen de bank stonk naar hond). Fijne bedden. Ook pluspunt dat ze tweepersoonsbedden hebben ipv losse bedden. Restaurant/bar bij het zwembad mag wel wat gezelliger. Ook het barpersoneel leek er niet zoveel zin meer in te hebben zo aan het einde van het seizoen (begin september). Maar de dames bij de receptie waren wel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wat meer keuze aan broodjes bij het ontbijt zou wel fijn zijn. Voor kinderen is er niet heel veel te beleven (op een klein speeltuintje en trampoline bij zwembad na). Maar het strand is op loopafstand, langs een heel mooi pad langs de rotsen naar beneden (niet handig overigens met kinderwagen/buggy). Kortom, mooie plek!

He estado 5 días, comodisima. La habitación impecable, pasan a limpiarla todos los días. He estado súper a gusto y sin duda alguna lo recomiendo. Lugar súper tranquilo donde pasar las vacaciones en familia.
