The staff and facilities are very good. The buffet food at dinner and breakfast caters for a wide range of tastes. The location is ideal being short walk to the ferry linking you to local towns and also Formentara. I would stay there again.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were excellent, accommodating and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is right on the beach and you can see the sea having breakfast in the restaurant, and on the loungers around the pool and the beds in the garden. I would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Lovely hotel with amazing food and staff. Downside - property has only around 10 parking spaces which were always full. We had to park in a ‘caravan’ carpark down the road which didn’t instil too much confidence…

My stay was overall good, but a few things stood out. The view from my room had ongoing construction, which took away from the experience. The pool water was extremely cold, so I couldn’t really enjoy swimming the way I planned. On the positive side, the VIP access was dope, the staff was amazing, and the all-inclusive accommodations were great. I do think the hotel could offer more activities geared toward younger couples or provide better info about what’s available in the area. Bike rentals would also be a great addition. Overall, an okay stay with great service just a few things that could be improved.

Recently remodeled hotel, older building but fresh and very clean, rooms were on the small side but service by all employees was excellent. Not worth 400 Euros a night however (mid september), bedding is very deficient such as found in very cheap hotels, pillows and mattresses are not comfortable. We upgraded our stay with breakfast and dinner for a very small fee but as always you get what you pay for, food is average, not bad but not really enjoyable. While the location was pleasant I would not return not recommend this hotel at current

A wonderful space!! We did full board, I would say half board next time.. unless you’re a big eater with 3x meals a day half would be perfect. Space is clean and a great calm area to recover if you go clubbing. Keep in mind a cab into the club area is €50, so factor that into your plan.

This hotel truly excels in delivering world-class hospitality, making our holiday memorable and special. The level of service we received was exceptional—truly above and beyond. The staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented. The highlight of our stay was the wonderful surprise they arranged for my husband's birthday: we returned to our room to find a delicious birthday cake and a lovely bottle of wine waiting for him. That kind of personalized attention is rare and made us feel so valued. Thank you to the whole team for that incredibly thoughtful gesture! Our room was immaculate and beautifully appointed with a lovely view. Waking up to the panoramic scenery of Ibiza was the perfect start to the day and provided the most serene backdrop for our relaxing getaway. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

Excellent Quality Hotel

A fantastic hotel, extremely clean and run by the most helpful and pleasant staff I have known in a hotel. We went half board and paid extra for Star Prestige and was well worth the money. You get the use of a beautiful roof top pool area with stunning views and all Star Prestige rooms are on the 5th floor. We also got a free bar and food on the rooftop and free bar in the room. Food in the restaurant was excellent with a wide variety every night. We went out two nights to Atzaro Beach restaurant and Amante which are both well worth a visit. There are beach bars close to the restaurant which are all good and Nikki Beach on the doorstep too.

The hotel itself has great qualities the main one being their staff from cleaners, maintenance kitchen, waiters, spa, bar staff and management. Lovely room bright airy comfortable we ended up in the 5th floor. Food was typical of all inclusive nice dining area is presented and well managed. We had the use of roof top pool it was lovely only down side no toilets have to drop down a floor. The gardens and pool areas are well maintained. What let this down for us was constant building works in front and back of the hotel. A lot going on and staff do work hard but doesn’t take away from no communication in relation to the construction if we had known I would have cancelled. Maybe in two years we will return.

On the whole good but expensive for what it was

It was a nice hotel and comfortable room. Staff were friendly. This is a hotel for much older clientele so if you're looking for a bit of life, this one isn't for you. There was very little music and zero nightlife. The gym was in good condition but there were no towels. The shower was slightly broken and the in room safe I couldn't get to work. Breakfast was decent but should have run until 11am not 10am. Also, not much to around the hotel, very few bars and restaurants.

Organised hotel

It is a very well organised hotel. Staff are very nice. It has great views to the sea. Really enjoyed my stay

The description said it was a beach property but there isn't much of a beach. Nothing close by if you have no car. Bus stop very far. Taxis are the only way and expensive. Buffet breakfast was boring and now thing special . Nothing to do in the hotel full of very old people and far from civilization.they never changed our sheets in 6 days

I’ve been to the iberostar in Cancun and would say this does not live up to the same expectations. Food were similar for breakfast, lunch, dinner and no matter the day. Very selective on what you can have for drinks in you all inclusive package. Like no corona. Staff was okay but some of them seem to not want to be bother. I would recommend this place for people 60+ not a place for young adults and too far from the city. Also lot of construction. Wish i had a better experience.

Best European trip in along time

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food even though buffet style was everyday themed and different and more importantly well prepared. The spa gave my wife one her best massages ever and needs to be recognised (ask for Manu). I could go on ad infinitum, needless to say we will be going back in the fall and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Greeted with a cava at check in. Spotless facilities in a beautiful location. Staff so accommodating. We were out there for a race and accommodated an early breakfast to fit in. Couldn't have been better. Only tiny gripe, no readily available water with the meal which was a shame and a faff.
