“Everything was great”

“Should be called the Dreary Hotel … dingy throughout, and the dining area was worse than a middle school cafeteria.”

“The Eldorado was perfect for us. A short walk to the Plaza and other shops, restaurants etc. We used the pool and jacuzzi quite a bit and found them clean, not crowded, we were the only ones! I had to leave a day early and I had booked on Expedia, but they didn't charge me for that final night. Though they could have. So they get a big bravo this was very considerate of them.”

“We loved how when we pulled in the whole hotel and railing was covered with flowers. It looked so beautiful. Our room was clean and spacious.”

“Elevators were broken both days I stayed at the hotel. The front desk staff was inattentive when I checked in: the staffer was in her phone, chattering away and asked me to wait while she finished her conversation in Spanish. I am fluent in Spanish and she was gossiping with a friend while I waited in front of her. Then she seemed irritable to check me in.”

“Really nice staff, clean room, wonderful breakfast. Except one. The pool is not suitable for swimming in winter. It needs hotter water.”

“The rooms were spacious and clean, the property is charming with large outdoor and indoor common spaces, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location is short drive to downtown and although the hotel is on busy Cerrillos Road, most of the rooms are set back enough from the road that it feels peaceful. We stayed here twice during our time in New Mexico and I would definitely return on our next trip.”

“Best- Amazing ownership and staff. They make you feel at home. This is run like a bed and breakfast across several small buildings with rooms all within walking distance to the Santa Fe plaza. The complimentary breakfast is as good as any restaurant in town. This is a 3 star hotel but best in class for sure. Access to rooms is from outside. It's very quaint. Choose if you want to be treated like family. If you want pampering you'll prefer a 5 star hotel.”
