We arrived at 8 PM and our room wasn’t ready. We booked an allergy friendly room and they ended up putting us on the top floor handicap room. Paint peeling on the ceiling and the bed not comfortable at all. I think maybe it was a room they only used out of desperation. The A/C could not keep the room cool and the equipment on the roof was very noisy. The staff said too bad, nothing we can do. You booked thru Expedia so take it up with them!!! Not what I expected from a Hilton. I stayed there two weeks before and everything was fine.

Great location for groceries, mall nearby, great food nearby...very excellent guest front desk service,,Excellent café with good coffee the breakfast sandwiches were great the rooms where clean the beds was very comfortable, the only thing I didn't like was paying 25 dollars for breakfast and rooms has no microwave who wants to keep going downstairs to warm up food. Also my husband has Parkinson it's not convenient for the elderly
