The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience.

I’ll stay somewhere else next time

The room was fine for the one night stay with my fiancé and dog. I asked the front desk for an extra pillow and they said they do not have extra pillows onsite, even though the room I stayed in had a queen size bed and a pull out bed couch. They aren’t service breakfast because of COVID but said they provide coffee 24/7, but only coffee provided was decaf. The toilet ran all night. The refrigerator in the room was loud and kept making loud noises throughout the night as well. It woke me up a few times. Also the shampoo bottle was half empty and there was no conditioner. Not worth it for me.

The room was good a little out dated but enjoyed being able to cook. The bed wasnt very comfy though. But i do think it was the best hotel out of the 3 others i stayed at.

Good hotel

We stayed here for one night in October 2020. It is not easy to run business during Covid 19. The facility is good, clean and comfortable. They also provided breakfast. Thank you!

Adequate but disappointing

Cost was low, and that was great. I have stayed here multiple times in the past, and it was decent. This time, it just seems a little dirtier and older. Sofa looked worn and stained, so I didn't want to sit on it. Wood chair is very uncomfortable after a while, so gets difficult to sit and work for a period of time. Bed pillows are super thin and uncomfortable. It is adequate, but disappointing. Rooms need some new furniture.

3rd time we stayed at SF Suites. Firdt 2 stays were fine - reasonably priced, convenient. This stay we had no internet for 3 days. Kitchen was not equiped as before. Front desk people were no help. Our last stay there.

The location was very uncomfortable. The hotel, rooms n continental breakfast needs to be upgraded. The bed was very uncomfortable n the pillow were so flat it felt like we had no pillows! The furniture is so outdated the couch was dirty n lumpy. I will not stay there ever again..

adequate and reasonable rates!

We’ve stayed here multiple times on road trips and it’s great for a quick stop. Reasonable rates. Bed was fine. Room was clean. No breakfast with COVID, but it’s next to a grocery store. Also has a mini kitchenette so it was helpful for our cooler food.

Hateful, judgmental, racial profiling jerks!

Employees and manager were beyond rude and racial profiled and judged us because we have tattoos and smoked our cigarettes outside of the room. I have spent a lot of money woth these people and felt truly disrespected as well as my sister.

OK - Potential to be much better!?

The Hotel itself was cute and cozy. It could be a great place . . . however, it wasn't very clean inside and beds were not comfortable at all. The inside was kinda run down. Hopefully a little renovation and maybe after "covid" might see a little more attention to the cleanliness. For the price it was o.k.
