Once at our arrival, Jose greeted us with a broad smile. Very attentive and friendly. He took his time to explain every aspect of the hotel and was very helpful when we needed help for directions. If i ever go back to Santa Marta, i would stay in this hotel without hesitation. Highly recommend 5 star!!

Afterthought

Friendly staff. Clean room. It seems they have a lot of private events throughout the hotel with music and microphones blaring and seems the guest become an afterthought. There was a lot of machine cutting construction one night around 11pm spoke to front desk and didn’t reply immediately, 20 minutes or so after they replied with will ask them when they will finish, no consideration to guest.

Destaco la atención al cliente, todos fueron muy amables y atentos a los detalles solicitados. La propiedad como tal es linda y la tienen en buenas condiciones. Me gustó mucho la comida del restaurante probé uno de los platillos que me recomendaron y estaba muy rico. Solo un detalle con el tema del ruido porque está cerca de una zona en donde transitan mucho las chivas fiesteras, tuve que comprar tapones de oídos y así resolví. Esto ocurre con todos los hoteles y estancias en esos alrededores, así que este hotel no es la excepción.
