"Really nice hotel. Very clean. Beautiful ambience. Female at check in made us wait and no one was in line, didn't greet us to say "it'll be a moment" or "I'll be right with you" and then when we did get you counter - no apology for the wait. Her customer service didn't match the ambience of the hotel. And the bellhop came to room, expressed that he was tired, and when asked how much longer to end of shift - he said he just started 😳. I would've been fine to bring up my own luggage but was pretty much forced to use bellhop."

"The hotel was super nice and has everything someone needs. I wish they had more food options. The vibe is super relaxed and there is always good lounge music in the lobby. Decor is on point. The cleaning staff was super friendly. I would definitely come back and stay in ! Really enjoyed the experience."

"Great Stay Inside the Hotel. Negative was the price for parking in the hotel. Parking was $80.00. I parked overnight around the corner for $30.00. Hotel guests should park for free, considering E Central is charging a resort fee with no resort.. Parking is a rip off.!"
