“The kitchen was out of service therefore no breakfast, They told us we had a voucher for wine tasting but by the time we checked in at 3:40pm it was too late to take it as it would end at 4pm, they said We could take it the following day as it was between 11-4pm, I checked out the next day and they said the person in charge of the wine tasting would be there by 12pm, my husband and I waited until 12:15pm and I asked reception again and they said the person had not arrived yet therefore we...
