First of all, the one tiny towel they provided was old and dingy and it even had a blood stain for good measure. The bedding was equally disgusting and the pillows were covered in plastic. "Staff were wonderfully helpful. I asked to switch rooms because of street noise and staff came up with a quiet alternative. Parking in a secure lot was also provided upon request. Enjoyed a quiet made to order breakfast."
