For the air conditioning to work you need to pay €1 for it to work 2 hours, so if you go on summer you can add at least €4 to the night cost. 2. They say they can't help you call a cab because the cab company have their number blocked because customers made them call and then took off and they have a prepaid phone in the lobby but it doesn't work. 3.
