But the spa is simply lacking, small, not maintained and not working. The water jets were barely noticeable (when they worked at all) and the water was cloudy. The place would have done better to have a steam and dry sauna instead of offering what is a too small a crowded lacklustre experience. But, that said, the large rooms are...

"Great modern hotel with spacious rooms and balconies overlooking a golf course and the sea. AC was the best we have had in Europe. Included breakfast was HUGE with many options. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Wish we had stayed here longer. Many free parking spots. "

"Overall this is a nice hotel. The thermal pool is excellent! The 40 euro spa is nice, but not worth 40 euros. Our air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived and they came within the hour to fix it. Fun fact: the hotel turns off the air conditioning from 0200 to 0600 ish, so if you wake up warm, that’s why. "

"Wonderful hotel at Trengandin beach in the beautiful town of Noja! What can I say? I’ve been coming to Noja since the 1970s, originally in a Campervan on this beach with my parents. Now if I have business in Bilbao I always make a trip here, it’s my happy place. Stunning views, amazing food (breakfast and dinner), freshest of seafood, and very comfortable rooms. Don’t expect to hear and English during your stay though, which just adds to the charm!"
