Amazing hotel. We had a corner room with three balconies which was lovely. Room was very large and comfortable. Staff were amazing. Only niggle was the breakfast - could get a better breakfast just across the road at the corner bar for a third of the price. But I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice location

The hotel was nice . Lovely decor . The bed looked great but unfortunately it was not that comfortable. Great location for shops & restaurants.

The reception staff are great, friendly and efficient. The communal spaces are tired and need decorating or at least a deep clean. Our room was lovely and big and relatively newly renovated, again attention to detail on repairs/deep cleaning is needed. Great location.

Fantastic property which looks brand newly renovated. Unfortunately there is a huge renovation project next door which means constant noise during the day but once this is sorted the location is ideal in the centre of a beautiful small city

LOCATION IS PERFECT. BED SIZE VERY GOOD. PILLOWS HARD FOR MY TASTE. BEEN IN OTHER 4 STAR WITH SOFTER PILLOWS. LOVELY PROPERTY OVERALL. NEVERTHELESS FRONT DESK PERSONNEL NEED TO BE MORE RESPONSIVE TO CUSTOMER NEEDS. THEY ALSO NEED TO LAUGHT MORE, TOO SERIOUS. IN ALL HONESTY WE CAME FROM A E STRA HOTEL WHERE THE FRONT DESK GO OVERBOARD TO SATISFY CUSTOMER, THIS IS NOT THE CASE, SEEM THAT THEY CARE LESS. THEY APPEAR NOT KNOWLEDGABLE IN RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATIONS WHEN ASKED. BREAKFAST SERVICE IS MEDIOCRE, YOU HAVE TO GO AFTER THEM WHEN IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE THE OTHER WAY. ALSO THERE IS LACK OF OPTIONS. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the city center. While there’s no parking, I expected this and rented a spot nearby. I traveled with my dog and enjoyed walking him in nearby garden areas. Breakfast was lovely, with a beautiful setting and friendly staff. The cleaning staff were also great—happy to clean while I walked my dog. However, our stay wasn’t perfect. A guest next door flooded their room, and we were woken early to check ours. While I understand the situation, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy from the staff. Despite the significant disruption—especially with our dog in the room—we were not offered any alternative arrangements, just a few towels placed down. The constant coming and going of police, maintenance, and cleaning staff made it even more stressful. Another issue arose when I asked reception to notify cleaning staff to tidy our room while I was out. Two hours later, they hadn’t been informed, and reception unfairly blamed the cleaners. The room was very small for the price, and the bed wasn’t up to four-star standards. Despite these issues, the exceptional location made up for a lot.
