The best resort I have ever stayed at. The private beach, 2 pools, buffet breakfast & dinner as well as 4 al a carte restaurants. The list goes on!! Very close to the bus stop which takes you to Palma, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Gran & Cala Mondrago! Also has a bus that takes you to the night market on Sunday nights. The hotel staff were all sensational and attended to our needs as required. Food was great, staff were friendly and amenities were amazing. Room was so clean and spacious. I genuinely could not recommend this resort any more!! Definitely worth the money

The staff are so kind, friendly, and helpful. Everything we hoped for was here. Already planning a return trip here!

The hotel was very nice. Just like the pictures. I liked the room (clean and looked like the pictures) , the view from the balcony, the food, the swimming pool and sea (as pretty as the pictures). As a Canadian I was used to all inclusives in the Caribbean and Mexico ,which I knew All Inclusives in Mallorca are not the standard thing but I wanted that option to make my trip easier. I loved the AI option and made good use of it. I liked the food and drink, tbh the first sangria was not up to standard as they added Fanta to it- but the other bartenders when I explained what I wanted (no orange Fanta) they were great (especially the girl bartenders so charismatic and nice). There was the odd thing I didn’t like but I can see why people who are paying per item might be more critical (and might explain that 1 in 10 less nice review) for myself most things were really great and since I was AI I could try something else if I didn’t like one thing. They make a very nice mojito and many nice cocktails and they have a nice variety of foods, I liked each meal a lot and the atmosphere of the restaurants was nice (I was prepared that it might not be quite like a Mexico AI but it was still quite good, I was very happy). I was also happy they offered a little bit of entertainment in the evenings. Overall I am happy I chose this place. Now I haven’t been anywhere else in Mallorca so some people might choose differently based on what they value but for me I liked the beach here.

We really enjoyed our stay at the AluaSoul. We did half board. The buffet options for breakfast and dinner were good. We ended up venturing out for lunch and there are good options nearby. The only thing which was a little disappointing was our experience the onsite restaurant Marea, we had our one "A la Carte"dinner in there and the food was very average, would not recommend. Outside of that dining experience the hotel was great.

We enjoyed the adult only/my favourite club option which was perfect for our requirements. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in the restaurants, bar areas and reception desks. The views from our balcony were stunning and swimming in the sea was really enjoyable. There was a lot of sand transferred into the Scorpios building and I felt that a foot shower near the steps leading up from the beach would solve this problem. Our bedroom was excellent, the bed and the linen was very good and I liked the walk in shower. One suggestion would be that a box of tissues in the bedroom would be a great addition. We loved our stay at the hotel and would definitely go back.

All inclusive is the way to be

The hotel is amazing, perfect for a break away to do nothing and relax. The buffet has a great selection. The staff are attentive and constantly clearing up. The Mediterranean restaurant is okay, the Italian wasn’t very good at all. All inclusive is the way forward for value for money. Would definitely stay at another of the resorts elsewhere. Some bits need a bit of TLC like silicone around shower tray and a few missing tiles in the pool, but nothing to cut yourself on or dangerous. The views into the cove beach are stunning!
