People working at the front desk were amazing. We have to check out earlier, before breakfast. They packed us togo lunch boxes and made fresh coffee at 6:45 am!

Very urban location with traffic noise. Booked a superior room, but small, sparse, very basic, no telephone, TV not working. Definitely not superior! These issues were raised, receptionist promised partial refund but manager totally refused any compensation, even through official complaint from Hotels.com. Extremely disappointing. We would definitely not recommend.

Very Uncomfortable

The pictures shown are not updated. You should update your pictures as is not from years ago. This Hotel is old and outdated the beds are old and the mattress are very uncomfortable, the shower is terrible and small with a curtain not as shown on the photo at all , tv doesn’t work the room smells and it was extremely noisy from other rooms you can hear everything in other rooms, no coffee you have to pay for it and it’s terrible cold coffee, I didn’t even have breakfast, In my opinion this place is too expensive for what you getting.

Os espaços comuns tais como receção, pequeno almoço, corredores eram razoaveis. O pequeno almoco deficiente (as 8h20 de sabado) O quarto muito "cansado" em especial a casa de banho e os colchões. A precisar de grande investimento no quarto. O quarto nem tem roupeiro. A classificação é muito próxima das 2*, valendo a receção 24h

Cobro abusivo

El hotel esta bien, hace años que lo visito y me gusta , pero me parece de muy poca clase por no decir otra cosa que cobren la botella de agua grande a 4€. Cuando me iba a dormir pedi una en recepcion y eso me querian cobrar 4 €. Logicamente le dije a las chicas que me parecia un robo y fui a coger la que tenia en mi coche. Creo que es abusivo cobrar esa cantidad por algo que es necesario. El personal muy correcto siempre.
