This hotel location and its staff will make your stay a comfortable one! The staff is willing to go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one, the hotel being within a mall is quite convenient with many dining options and shopping within a minute’s walk! This combination really made our stay a great one. Kudos to the hotel staff for making sure we always had what we needed and for always providing suggestions for what to do in Santiago and surrounding areas.

Great spacious rooms, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had a great room with a gorgeous view of the park. The cathedral was a 30min walk, would definately recomend staying here. Thank you for an amazing stay.

A bit out of town although a bus stop was outside It's in a shopping centre but not a lot going o apart from Alcampo. I stay in Eurostars hotels a lot didn't in fairness rate it. The staff were helpful It's not a lot going for it ,it's not bad but not for me
