Pero existió un abuso por parte de los empleados y la administración, movieron de forma abusiva e irracional mi vehículo el cual estaba ubicado en el parqueadero en un espacio de parqueo, lo movieron arrastrándolo de con cadenas, algo totalmente inconcebible!! "Necesito ayuda sobre esta reserva, al momento de hacer el check in, no tenían las habitaciones reservadas libres, en lugar de 2 habitaciones triples querían que nos hospedemos en una habitación con 6 camas y un baño pequeñito, la habitación estaba en pésimas condiciones al igual que el hotel, todo desgastados húmedo a un ventilación. Nos dijeron. Que nos podíamos ir si queríamos y no estábamos de acuerdo con la habitación disponible y que directamente pongamos la queja en expedia. Necesito el...
