"The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Especially, they sent welcome letter from WhatsApp, very responsive staff if you have any questions and tour arrangement. The only issue, the property is on unpaved road with deep sands, you need 4x4 or AWD vehicle or you will sink in the sand..my car got stuck in sand, made effort to pull out."

"Matteus was an excellent concierge for all our tour and transport needs! He is one of two English-speaking persons in Santo Amaro. Surprisingly, most people did not speak Spanish either, so Matteus was especially important (and patient) at all hours for our needs. The hotel is very basic, as are all of the in-town options. "Really enjoyed the docks and the river. The cabin and covered dining area was nice too. With the right people sharing the other accommodations, this place could be a lot of fun. It is outside of town with very limited dining options. Fantastic value. "
