“The room was ok but the bathroom was extremely dirty, it smelled terrible, I did not want to touch anything in the bathroom. The front desk ALWAYS had a bad attitude, different employees at front desk so it's the hotels culture to be rude. The cleaning crew was nice.”

“I loved the staff, the front desk guys are extremely helpful, the cleaning lady’s are awesome too, there’s tons of food areas around and the beach is super close. I wasn’t a fan of the homeless, beggars and sellers everywhere and if you want to avoid that go to Ipanema or leblon will be the cleanest but triple the price. The only issue I had was the steam room being stinky but everything else was great. The staff and breakfast is half of why I’d stay there again ”

“The location is perfect! You’ll be right in the middle of Copacabana beach. Shopping and restaurants are one block away in any direction. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a room with a balcony. The views of the water are spectacular! Check in and check out are easy and they will accommodate early check in if they have the room. Overall, one of the best hotels on Copacabana Beach!”
