"After arriving from the airport late, and paying for a room in advance, we were informed that there were no rooms available. Despite paying for the room, they’d given it away wi the out any notice or explanation. They were only able to accommodate us because another guest checked out about 12:30am while we were waiting for them to resolve. Unacceptable. "

"When I booked this room, I thought it was a good deal because it was Teresina - the description and other ratings led me to believe it would be nice. Turns out it was a "good deal" only because it was a barely livable, rundown hotel. The staff were pretty good - they didn't come to clean the room every day as expected, but when I asked them to, they got it done.
