Listed as 1400 check in 1200 check out in my booking. Arrived at around 1330 due to flight time, I was able to check into my room. The night before I check out I requested for a 1300 check out so I can use my bathroom after a morning walk before I go to the airport. It was granted. Only down side was one of the staffs in front desk not able to speak English. But they were the one who let me have a late check out. I typed in Google Translate and they said OK.

Ótima opção de hospedagem em Curitiba, certamente usarei mais vezes na cidade, entretanto fica aqui meu descontentamento quanto ao estacionamento, cheguei na quinta e tudo funcionou perfeito na quinta e sexta, no sábado o hotel encheu bem e então o pessoal do estacionamento passou a virar um problema, nunca estavam na cabine de atendimento, buscavam o carro resmungando de problemas de estrutura do hotel (+200 quartos e somente 60 vagas), nesse clima de mau humor buscavam o carro fazendo maldades como acelerar violentamente na arrancada para cantar pneu e bater portas. No sábado à noite foi o pico do problema, voltei do teatro próximo que fomos de uber e pedi o carro para ir jantar na pizzaria de um amigo mais distante, o rapaz trouxe o carro reclamando que quando eu voltasse talvez não tivesse vaga, nem discuti pq não fazia sentido, estava desde quinta com o pacote fechado de estacionamento e quarto, quando retornamos da pizzaria quase 1h da madrugada, parei o carro na entrada e o segurança veio dizer que estava tumultuado em razão de estar cheio e que esperasse no carro o rapaz do estacionamento para lhe entregar a chave. A esposa subiu e fiquei aguardando. O manobrista apareceu, sem uniforme algum, suado, no vidro do carro, tomei um susto, ai mandou (nesse tom mesmo) eu puxar o carro para a rua e ficar aguardando com o pisca ligado que ele estava procurando soluções. Aguardei pacientemente por mais de 20 minutos, com sono e mulher ligando, o carro pernoitou na frente.

O ambiente estava novinho como eu gosto, bem limpo. Checkin e chekout rápidos. Dias de temperaturas baixas, mas no hotel estava bem quentinho. Café da manhã bem servido, bem gostoso, só demoravam para limpar as mesas, o que causava congestionamento quando os hospedes chegavam para tomar café. Estacionamento cobrado a parte, funcionários atenciosos e cuidadosos.

Já me hospedei em diversos hotéis da Rede Intercity pelo Brasil. Infelizmente, desta vez, não tive uma boa experiência. Me destinaram uma suíte sem Box fechado. A explicação era que se tratava de uma suíte para PCD. Solicitei a troca e não obtive sucesso. Na única noite que lá fiquei, pois resolvi trocar de hotel, não consegui dormir. O barulho da rua era muito alto, isso que se tratava de um sábado. Não existe isolamento acústico. Além disso a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O que salvou foi o pessoal da recepção que, no geral, foi muito atencioso.
