"Our stay started off very badly when we arrived around 11pm and the face recognition did not work to allow us entry. It took us an hour to sort out, trying to get help from the whatsapp helpline. The doorman did not speak English, and I tried using google translate to translate what i was saying into Portuguese, but he refused to do the same back. I will say though that I'm not a big fan of the fully automated system without anyone to help in person. The employee was always happy to help me on whatsapp, the service was the best it can be, but if I didn't have internet before I arrived, I would have had a big problem. Again, I was still satisfied with the stay though and would stay again."
