We enjoyed the Italian restaurant and the policeman helped us find a very good Portuguese restaurant. We did take a Uber up to the university for a tour because it was a steep uphill climb and we are getting older. I suggest that the city market would be fun to visit if you walk back from the university towards the hotel. "

She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The location of this hotel was perfect to explore this magical city. It’s located right next to the university and a short walk to the city center, dining, and attractions. My husband and I wished we could have stayed at this hotel and in Coimbra longer.
