Wonderful stay - amazing hospitality!

I don't usually leave reviews but the level of hospitality and graciousness extended to me was another level. The staff went over and beyond what they should have to provide me with an exceptional stay. Apartment itself was immaculate, modern and super quiet. Location was fantastic, close to everything you could want. Would absolutely stay here again.

I would never use this facility or luxury hotel ever and I would not recommend him. This day was awful. I think they even lost my reservation. I had to pay out of my pocket to get another room and still have to get a refund

This was the worst experience of my life , the apartment was terrible disgusting , it was not clean at all , the bed it’s all stained with blood under de mattress cover, they charge extra 200 hundred dollars on my arrival . I would not recommend this place to no living human being

Didn't stay at the property (They are running a scam), upon arrival they wanted me to pay $250 dollars (I declined due to already paying for the stay and it being more than I actually paid for the stay on Expedia.) even though I had already paid for the booking on Expedia. I never received a refund even for the remainder of the stay, it's usually a one night charge for same day cancellation, I didn't get anything back as far as a refund. Most people that have stayed at this property and provided reviews probably think this is normal but it isn't (I used to work in the hospitality industry and the standard is a charge for the first night, it even states it in the booking details for this company.). Luckily I'm Dominican and have family in the country that helped get me different accomodations, I can't imagine someone else going through what I had to go through on that night without resources and not knowing anyone in the country. Avoid this company at all costs, unless you want to pay more than what you would expect for your stay, a lot more.

La propiedad muy hermosa todo muy lindo con una vista espectacular y una vuela area. Lo unico que no me gusto es que dicen que tienen piscina y es mentira me siento estafado por esa parte porque aparece la piscina en la foto pero en realidad no hay nada
