"Nos encantó la ubicación, ya que el centro, el Zócalo y los mercados de artesanías y comida estaban a solo unos minutos caminando. El hotel era muy bonito de afuera y de adentro parece que estas en una hacienda. La habitación estaba muy limpia, la cama era cómoda y el aire acondicionado funcionaba excelente. También disfrutamos mucho del agua caliente y de la buena presión. Todo el personal fue muy atento, especialmente el Sr. José, quien fue muy amable y de gran ayuda. Las chicas de recepcion también nos proporcionaron información muy útil sobre el transporte, ademas son muy flexibles si la habitacion esta disponible te permiten hacer check in antes lo que fue para nosotros un alivio porque tomamos un vuelo de noche y pudimos descanzar poquito antes de iniciar el dia o tambien pueden ayudarte a guardar las maletas antes de recibir el cuarto y el personal de limpieza siempre hizo un excelente trabajo; al regresar, encontrábamos todo limpio y en orden. Nos gustó mucho que el acceso al hotel y a las habitaciones fuera mediante códigos, ya que esto brinda mucha seguridad y privacidad. Definitivamente recomendamos este hotel y volveríamos sin dudarlo."

"It is a hotel located in downtown Oaxaca. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. I like the idea of having a kitchenette with the free fruit, coffee/tea, and pastries. They also provide you with free bottles of water. Everything was sparkling clean."
