We loved this hotel, the location and staff are all amazing. The hotel is so peaceful with stunning views, especially at Sunset. The staff was so kind and helpful and helped answer all of questions about the area and things to do and explore. We will definitely return in the future. Location is walkable to all the main sites in Santorini and the rooms are so unique with the private balconies and pools.

Traditional style Santorini cave hotel with 21 rooms of different styles. We sprung for the larger unit with a spa in a nook overlooking the sea. The views from the room were to die for as were the views from the dining area. Included BF was beyond sumptuous! Staff super helpful. You wouldn’t go wrong booking.

Staying at Esperas made my first visit to Santorini live up to the expectations I had. We were able to watch the sunset each evening on our balcony, away from the crowds. Our room was a Cave House which had 2 levels accessed by a ladder. Luckily we were both able to navigate the steps, but keep this in mind if you are thinking of booking a Cave House! Breakfast each morning overlooking the Caldera was amazing. A very memorable stay.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. They made sure to make our honeymooner quite enjoyable. Definitely would recommend this to couples. One thing I did not like was the size of the plunge pool, it was big enough for to people to sit but not to swim.

Wow - where do I start? From check in to check out, we had the absolute best time in Oia with Hotel Esperas. The views were breathtaking, the location was perfect to shop & eat in Oia, the staff were incredibly kind and the rooms were absolutely adorable with white washed walls and Santorini blue accents. 10/10 stay. We were so sad to leave.

The property is on the south-west cliff side of Oia which means you can see the sunset absolutely perfectly and with no obstructions. Other than that, the staff were extremely nice and helpful, and can also provide amazing recommendations for day/evening activities, such as boat cruises, wine tours, etc. Could not have asked for a better experience in Santorini.

Esperas delivers breathtaking, front-row sunset views completely free from the Oia crowds. The cave rooms are pristine, flawlessly clean, and full of Cycladic charm. What truly sets the property apart, though, is the exceptional hospitality, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and the morning team is incredibly warm and friendly as they serve a fantastic breakfast

We had an amazing time here for our honeymoon. No complaints whatsoever other than that there was no hot tub. Great location away from the crowds but close to everything at the same time. Very friendly staff, amazing views, great service. Would recommend!

Very friendly people, great food both at the hotel and nearby, wonderful sunset views from the convenience of the balcony. Exercise opportunity on charming narrow streets where getting lost is the plan. They seem to have many repeat guests. This was our first time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable stay at Esperas Hotel We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Esperas Hotel in Santorini. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special, and the location and views were simply breathtaking. A huge thank you to the restaurant team — the waitresses and manager were truly amazing. They were so warm, attentive, friendly and professional, and went above and beyond to make every meal such a lovely experience. Their genuine hospitality really made a difference. And of course, the food was exceptional. Every dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavour and clearly made with great care. A special thank you to the chef and the whole kitchen team — we enjoyed every meal! The reception team were also fantastic — welcoming, helpful and always happy to assist with anything we needed. Esperas is more than just a beautiful hotel; it is the wonderful people who work there who make the experience truly memorable. We felt so well looked after throughout our stay and would happily return. Thank you to the entire Esperas team for making our time in Santorini so special. ❤️🇬🇷

Excellent property and view from our room was fantastic. Yes, there is lot of steps...be prepared for that. There are porters to carry luggages to room and back to transfer. We took Esperas transfer service and it was worry free. Maria at the recption helped us to plan for our day trip in Santorini and was very accomodating with our requests.....Nothing can beat the experience....would love to stay here again in our next trip.

We are still in awe of the beautiful property, amazing and super friendly staff and impeccable views. We hated to leave and felt so connected with staff while there! They offered blankets as the sun went down and gave fab recommmendations while we were there. Breakfast was amazing and we also had dinner at Ombra at the hotel and it was fabulous. Thera has the greatest recommendations! ❤️💫 The only surprise was that the “private plunge pools” are really not private - yes they are for your use only but the pool area and your outside area is right on walkways to other rooms. So you see staff and other guests passing by. It was fine, but just a surprise! The hotel is quite small and there is not another hotel below, so there isn’t a lot of traffic at all. Just worth noting! They can arrange transportation for you but pls note you have to pay all those costs in cash upon leaving due to the contract w the company they work with. Walkways and path to hotel are STEEP. Not recommended for anyone not in good shape! Parking lot is quite far from access to hotel. All good for us, but for those who may need that info - hope it is helpful.
