This villa was amazing! The location and view was unmatched! We had a fresh made breakfast delivered, support to and from the airport and the host was available at all times of the day to helps us with plans or questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Absolutely beautiful rooms , I stayed in the penthouse villa and the Grand villa during my stay. Both stunning rooms with incredible views of Fira . Also located in a good area in walking distance of everything . The town square is a 4 minute walk. Enjoyed the coffee shops and restaurants. 🙏I will definitely be back , I only stayed a week but wish I stayed longer .

Athena, Mr. John, and other staff members are very nice and helpful! The villa is spacious, well equipped, and has amazing view. The breakfast is fresh and yummy. We are very happy about the stay. Hope we can go back soon! It’s quite a walk on stairs from street level to the villa. Thanks to Mr.John, I wouldn’t be able to carry my suitcase on the stairs. Overall, amazing place, fantastic view, we are 100% satisfied with the stay.

Highly recommend staying at Thera Villas. Check in was easy and Villa had everything to make our stay comfortable. The Villa supplied all the essentials and the beds were very comfortable. Having breakfast cooked for us in the Villa was a treat.

Wonderful modern unit with a killer view. It is everything people say in the reviews. Top notch. Having someone meet you and guide you to the unit is helpful as well. Breakfast was great and Giannis is a delight when he delivers each morning. Good location right near town. One thing to know….this unit is comprised of 3 floors. If you have any mobility issues this would not be a good choice. The stairs are quite steep, so just take care.

Excellent hotel with spectacular views, a great location, and beautiful decoration. It is very central, and all the staff were very kind and professional, especially the gentleman who helps with the luggage, the housekeeping lady, and the manager, Athens.I’m not giving it 5 stars because the bedroom, which is located on the upper level, gets very warm and the air conditioning does not cool it properly. Even in the middle of winter it felt quite hot, and we had to sleep with the windows open. I believe this may be due to the design, since warm air naturally rises while cooler air stays below. The lower level of the room had a comfortable temperature, but the bedroom upstairs was noticeably warmer. Adding a fan in the bedroom could easily improve this detail.

Excellent Wifi, the staff and management were very helpful, the manager Athena organized our pick up from the airport, ordered our breakfast in the morning, and was available when needed. It was a perfect private villa with the caldera view. The balcony with the tub was a plus. I'd stay here a thousand times.

There are not enough words to describe how spectacular this villa and the staff are! We stayed in The Grand Villa with our 3 adult children and did not want to leave. Waking up each morning to a prepared breakfast and warm smiles from the staff to reading or relaxing by the pool with the view of the volcano and beautiful waters will forever be etched in my mind. A special treat was running into the owner as he dropped off fresh feta and he telling us the history of the property as a winery and each step of the renovation. The villa is perfectly located to everything but tucked away to provide privacy and peace. We absolutely fell in love with this beautiful villa. We hope to come back again.

Lovely 3 room villa. Perfect for 6 adults and in a great location near restaurants and the center of town but off the track of the cruiseies walking path. Just note that two of the rooms are smaller and darker than the main room so make sure to pick traveling companions that are good with that. Athena was an excellent host and comms with her are rapid and precise. Works great for me! I would have liked the pool to be a plunge pool but it's a hottub and Santorini is hot enough that I don't need the hot water to relax, but that's just me. Others in our party enjoyed it in the late evening after dinner. The food in the morning is very, very generous. Bring a big appetite. Fantastic view! Loved the place!!

Athena was welcoming and communicative, making our visit a breeze. We came in by ferry and our ride was arranged seamlessly amidst the mayhem of ferry arrivals. The property itself is exquisite (we stayed in the Grand Villa with 6 people). The location is right in the Caldera with beautiful views. Although loud at night outside, it was quiet within the rooms and we had very good sleep. The trek to the villa is extensive given the cliff side etc. but that is a given for the area!

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views. Nestled perfectly on the cliffs, the panoramic vistas of the Aegean Sea and the iconic Santorini sunsets were nothing short of magical. Our host was absolutely incredible. From arranging transportation to recommending local gems and ensuring our stay was comfortable, their hospitality was unmatched. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The room itself was a sanctuary of comfort and style. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, it provided a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of Thera Villas is unbeatable. Just a short walk from the main attractions, shops, and restaurants, it offered the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. Whether we wanted to explore the bustling town or relax in peace, everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Overall, Thera Villas provided an unforgettable experience. Stayed for 4 nights Sep 24-28 in Maisonette villa. Manager for hotel set up airport transfers round trip for about 40 euros one way (80 round trip). Upon arrival staff were there to guide us the hotel which is located on cliffside and cannot be driven to directly. Descent was about 5 minutes and staff helped carry luggage (arrival and departure) which was a big help. Hotel located in a nice area of Fira with excellent view of caldera and typical white cliffside buildings. Both jacuzzi tubs were clean and well maintained. Unique feature of both pools were heating (nice for late night) and covered canopy which provided excellent privacy from above, along with sidewalls for privacy sideways as well. Looking at other hotels many did not have this level of privacy. Best time for jacuzzi use were before noon and around 6 pm onwards (sunset at 7 pm) as time in between had lots of direct sunlight during the day making it quite warm. Beautiful sunset view while in the outdoor tub. Daily breakfast was nice and timely. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. Overall a great stay and would strongly recommend to others.
