This was a lovely stay. We had an amazing tour, set up by our host, as well as easy communication on booking transfers and finding the best spots to eat nearby. We were surprised to find there was no stovetop but we did not look close enough at the listing. We much enjoyed eating out nearby at the cafe over cooking, anyways. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an incredible view, a comfortable sleep, and the the finest hospitality. <3

We really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for what we wanted out of our Santorini trip. The outside of the front of the hotel gave us our own private sunset viewpoint it was perfect, I would highly recommend staying here. There were lots of amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush + toothpaste, coffee machine and pods, etc.). The staff we interacted with were very nice and had helpful suggestions for us.

The location and view were amazing. Lots to see very close to property, shopping, restaurants were very easily accessible. Sunsets and sea view were very beautiful. Make sure to have shoes with good grip, lots of steps that are steep and smooth/slippery. Con: no room service, intermittent smell of cat urine on the veranda entrance ( cats are everywhere in Greece)

We loved everything about our stay! The room was beautiful and the host was so helpful! We last minute needed a transfer from the port to Oia and he was able to organize that for us. We felt very safe and comfortable and I would recommend Just Blue for anyone staying in Santorini!!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The views from the terrace were amazing and having the outdoor furniture was a nice touch which allowed us to easily enjoy the outdoor space. The flat itself was very spacious and clean. Since we are a family of 3, having two rooms and beds allowed for a very comfortable stay. We were given fresh towels every couple of days, and someone even came to spray down the outdoor furniture and floor during our stay. If you are tall though, please note that the ceiling for the shower and bedroom on bottom floor is a bit low. My partner (who is 6-2) had to duck down for every shower. Small inconvenience, not a big deal. The hotel helped to book our car service both from and to the airport and also hired porters to help with our luggage since it was a good walk from where cars dropped/picked up passengers (and there are a lot of stairs!).

The communications with check in team was great and saved us time. They escorted us to our cave nicely located and with a great view. The cave has a few windows which help us (North Americans) to see outside. The place was clean with a nice patio outside.

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! Staff was wonderful. We had a lot of luggage and they carried it ALL for us! (Trust me, with all the cobblestone streets, that was feat in itself). The first night the owner put us in a diff place due to maintence issue but it was an upgrade and in the middle of all the action. It was also wonderful. Just Blue is quaint but still right in the middle of Oia. It’s truly magical. Very clean and accommodating! I would go back again and again!

Just Blue Suites was one of the best accommodations our family had ever stayed at. Mario was EXTREMELY helpful and patient with all my questions and answered promptly. He treated us like family. We booked this based off the pictures and views and it all exceeded my expectations. The views were magical and everyone was so kind. Air condition blew cold and there was a market close to buy drinks and snacks. I will definitely come back in the future.

The property was extremely central, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We coordinated both the airport pickup and drop‑off through the property, and everything worked perfectly. The views of the caldera from the terrace—available to guests just above the cave house—are spectacular. We enjoyed having breakfast there every morning, and my daughter loved relaxing with a good book in the afternoons. There is a bit of noise since the house sits just below the main street, and the donkeys trot by early in the morning, but that’s all part of the classic Santorini experience.

The place was clean and cozy, we love the view from the terrace which is facing the caldera. You'll get an uninterrupted view of the sunset as well. Plus it's close to everything, to the castle and the blue dome church, etc. Mario is the best host, he allowed us to checked in early and very helpful with all our queries. We would love to stay in this place again.
