산제노 호텔 검색: 지금 예약 가능한 인기 숙소

“호텔의 전반적인 물리적 상태는 좋았습니다. 룸 인테리어에 신경을 많이 쓴 호텔 같습니다. 그러나 체크인할 때 불쾌했던 기억이 강합니다. 프론트의 직원(1명)이 바쁘다며 여권을 나중에 찾아가라고 해서 언제쯤 가지러 오면 되냐고 물었더니 몇 시간 걸릴지 알 수 없다고 하더군요. 외출해서 여권이 필요할 수 있다고 했으나 그 직원은 아니라고 일방적인 주장을 하며 나갔다와서 저녁 때 가져가라는 것이었습니다. 그래도 제가 기다려서 받아가지고 나가겠다고 했더니, 짜증스러운 말투로 어쩌란 말이냐고 하고는 여권을 복사한 후 돌려주었습니다. 작은 로비를 지나다닐 때마다 그 직원을 보게 되므로 어색하지 않도록 자연스럽게 대화하기도 했지만, 남의 여권을 여러 시간 동안 돌려주지 않겠다는 고집스런 태도는 지금도 이해가 안갑니다. 이 호텔의 이용후기에 가든 뷰가 좋다고 해서 예약 시 요청사항에 넣었고 체크인할 때도 다시 요청했지만 그것도 받아들여지지 않았습니다. 조식은 종류가 다양하지 않았으나 괜찮았습니다....

“Abbiamo trascorso un weekend stupendo in questo hotel. La Spa è davvero bella, con la zona adulti che permette di rilassarsi in tutta tranquillità. Il ristorante è davvero ottimo, sia la cena che la colazione sono state di grande qualità. Il personale è davvero gentile ed anche il proprietario della struttura si è presentato ed è stato piacevole scambiare due chiacchiere. Ci torneremo presto sicuramente! ”

“Das Hotel ist eine richtige Wohfühloase. Bei Ankunft erhält man eine kleine aber sehr ansprechende Broschüre mit den wichtigsten Informationen sowie Restaurant Empfehlungen in Lana und Umgebung. Wir konnten uns über ein Upgrade in die Junior Suite freuen. Die Ausstattung im Hotel allgemein aber auch in den Zimmern sehr modern und gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind verhältnismässig gross.
