O hotel é bonito, aconchegante, os funcionários muito educados e atenciosos. Tivemos problema no ar condicionado, que infelizmente não gelou a noite e o café da manhã, se pedir algo que não está disponível na bancada, demoram cerca de 30/40min pra fazer.

Local: pé na areia na Praia de Taiba, tem acesso à mesma por uma escada. não há restaurantes nas proximidades e o acesso, de carro, é bem fácil. Local seguro. A Praia é imunda, com sujeira de toda ordem, mar frio e vento incessante... só serve pra caminhar na maré baixa (péssima). Estacionamento: 06 vagas não cobertas na frente do hotel. Deixamos o carro na rua, várias vezes. Quarto: cama King, com banheira de hidro voltada para o mar, TV grande sem acesso a canais pagos e/ou TV local.... o hóspede tem de usar a sua própria assinatura (se tiver). Café da manhã: excelente, com muita coisa feita na hora e serviço excelente - equipe muito solicita e atenciosa. Servem sucos, frutas, tapiocas, ovos etc... Restaurante: caro demais e sem muitas opções... não recomendo!

Se pretender curtir o hotel, fazer refeições todas lá, cuidado! o restaurante pode não dar conta de atender os hóspedes e clientes externos(restaurante aberto ao público). Fui dormir com fome no sábado à noite pois até dois hambúrgueres levaria em torno de 2h 1/2, pasmem! Tirando o contratempo, apesar de toda simpatia do pessoal que lá trabalha, notei que falta um pouco de atenção, talvez treinamento deficitário. Falta um pouco de agilidade. O hotel é muito bem localizado, de bom gosto no geral.

Estrutura e posição do hotel é boa. Vista do quarto fenomenal. Restaurante ok. Grande problema foi o serviço. Funcionários precisam de treinamento e capacitação. Região é bem escassa de mão de obra mas não justifica um hotel que só tem 10 quartos não ter um atendimento e um serviço excepcional. Espero que deem atenção urgente nesse ponto. Hotel tem grande potencial.
