“Room was spotless and very modern. We didn’t have a sea view but our view over Funchal was absolutely incredible. Location very good and walkable to the old town. There are local restaurants nearby too. The hotels pool felt almost like a private pool and it was always very quiet. We also had access to the facilities at the sister hotel across the road. This included two really good pools, a gym and an indoor spa. My only slight criticism (not enough I feel to deduct any stars but something to...

“Everything was just great - the staff, the food and the room was just big and clean on the daily basis what was not even needed it cos we didnt spend much time inside. The swimming pool is good and an extra that we have access to the 2nd swimming pool on the same group, different hotel. The SPA was an extra for the coldish days.”

“Friendly staff good hot tub”

“Amazing Hotel with nice rooms and swimming pool , very lovely restaurant also with good food and servers, highly recommend”

Very quiet in the evenings. The shower is large but due to the set up the water does spill over as there is no shower door. The apartment got warm which was ok in April with the plug in fan but would likely be too hot in the summer with no air con”
