Este hotel em que estou hospedado atualmente é incrível! Primeiramente, fiquei surpreso ao descobrir que o prédio foi construído há 140 anos atrás. No entanto, está muito bem conservado e pude desfrutar de uma estadia muito agradável. Cheguei tarde da noite, mas não senti qualquer insegurança, pude relaxar tranquilamente. Estou muito feliz por ter vindo para Minas Gerais. Se tiver a oportunidade, adoraria voltar aqui novamente.

At downtown and close everything. The room is tiny but to day stay is enough. The breakfast is perfect with protein and fruits. The lack of info is about parking; three blocks from hotel, dirty and drains problembecause lot of rains or infiltration water on floor so potencial dengue outbrake.

Pontos Positivos: O hotel é um lindo hotel histórico, mas que precisa de muitos reajustes. A grande vantagem é sua localização, não precisando do seu carro para nada. O principal ponto positivo do hotel é o excelente atendimento de alguns funcionários sendo o senhor que fica na portaria recebendo os hóspedes com muita prestatividade, os atendentes do bar da piscina e poucos que ficam circulando pelo hotel. Quarto confortável, amplo, banheiro espaçoso e limpeza impecável. Vista considerável. Piscinas boas. Pontos negativos: Ao comprar um apartamento pelo site tire fotos, pois te alocam em outro completamente diferente do que você adquiriu. Nossa grande decepção: compramos um apartamento com uma varanda de frente para a piscina por um valor considerável alto, ao chegar fomos alocados em outro apartamento com a mesma denominação, mas que estava mais barato que o adquirido no site. Embora o apartamento fosse espaçoso, não achamos certo pelo que foi comprado. Ao me dirigir ao gerente, não tive minha dúvida sanada, senti muita enrolação em suas falas e a alegação foi que os sites de vendas pegam fotos aleatórias e jogam sem ter a noção de como são e que ao chegar ao hotel os recepcionistas fazem a distribuição dos apartamentos e que os apartamentos citados por mim era de vendas exclusivas do hotel, como era carnaval e eu fui descascar, não quis criar um clima desagradável e acabamos ficando onde nos alocaram. Café da manhã péssimo. Sem variedades. Não recomendo e não voltaremos
