About half mile from the beach, simple basic hotel. Clean rooms and beds, if close by road then road noise is a nuissance at night. Decent breakfast buffet, good service. Not much other than beach area around.

Decepção

A começar da chegada fui mal recebido porque não tinha incluído 2 crianças de 3 anos , já fiquei uma vez no hotel era ótimo , mas agora deixa muito a desejar pela estrutura do hotel . Camas estão muito velhas , ar condicionado estava sujo . Se não fosse o gerente César teria trocado de hotel ele amenizou alguns problemas . Eu vou todo ano a Sao Luís mas neste hotel não volto mais .

Tive uma ótima estadia no Hotel Adventure, porém logo na chegada, mais precisamente na Recepção do hotel, não tive uma boa impressão, devido a discussão entre um funcionário e um cliente, que por pouco não chegaram as vias de fato... Em uma pequena observação, devo dizer que um funcionário deve sempre tratar o cliente bem e ser paciente em qualquer situação. Tirando esse pequeno detalhe, posso dizer que fui bem recebida, gostei da localização e demais condições de atendimento, para comigo.

Bom hotel.

Bom hotel. Só vi um problema: o registro do consumo de itens no quarto e no restaurante. Isso acontece principalmente no restaurante, pois não pedem a identificação do cliente, somente o número do quarto (que o cliente pode indicar qualquer um, até mesmo de forma inocente, por engano). Isso torna possível confusão de quartos ao registrar itens ou engano por parte dos funcionários. Aconteceu comigo duas vezes, mas a recepção foi justa, reconheceu o problema e estornou os itens indevidos. Faço uma crítica somente ao responsável pelo restaurante que manteve a ficha errada na minha conta mesmo sendo alertado sobre isso no momento do registro do erro. Fica a dica para os próximos hóspedes.

Não cheguei a me hospedar no hotel, fiz a reserva e fui ao hotel-a sim que cheguei fui mal recepcionada e não foi achada a minha reserva. tive que procurar um outro hotel passando por todo este transtorno.

O hotel eh bom, porém o quarto em que fiquei estava ao lado de um cômodo de apoio dos funcionários, o que fazia com que houvesse grande barulho durante o horário comercial, impossibilitando um cochilo tranquilo. O quarto estava limpo, mas o chão estava escorregadio, provavelmente em virtude do uso de algum produto de limpeza.

Excelente custo x benefício

O hotel é confortável e bem localizado. Possui estrutura muito bem conservada, quartos amplos e arejados. Equipe prestativa e atenciosa. Fomos em 13 pessoas, ocupando 4 quartos e todos ficaram satisfeitos com a hospedagem. Distância de menos de 1 quadra da praia, com excelentes restaurantes e próximo a quase tudo.
