Downtown São Paulo is in very poor shape and I probably would not have stayed at this place if I had known. My room had bugs and felt like a cheap motel meets student dorm. I prefer not to leave anything too negative, so I’ll focus on the positives: gym, pool, location to nearby bars.

Interesting stay

It is missing the knowledge of English language by the side of the staff but they want to communicate anyway, if you know some Portuguese word they will do the best to understand you. If it's necessary they are using Google translater to understand you. Unfortunately the door of our suite was broken and they couldn't change it.

Apart from location and views 360 República has a lot to improve - customer service is terrible. Poor communication, problems with tv, internet and malfunctioning equipment at the gym. You can do better!

The toilet was leaking water. So much so that it even pass through the bathroom wall into the bedroom. Got all my shoe wears soaked. For the price that I payed to start in the property this is unacceptable. Also send a message for the property administrators about the leaking issue and it haven’t received any response yet. For all the inconvenience I should receive a refund of my money.

I have stayed in the same building under Akile Downrtown Suites and it was fine, but under the 360 Suites management, it was a nightmare! Over 3.5 hours to finally get checked in! The mattress was hard as a board. After the 2nd day, I requested a room move due to the mattress and it took nearly 3 hours to make the move, then no wifi. we packed up and moved to another hotel that day. I will never stay under that management again! I have to give lots of credit to the front door security named Uli. He was amazing and went above and beyond trying to help us out but they can only do so much. I paid up front for the insurance and I'm hoping it may help in this situation. I was also charged and additional cleaning fee to move to another room, which had to be paid in advance to move. I never slept or used in of the facilities in the 2nd room, since there was no wifi. Once we vacated that property, we were able to enjoy the rest of our 3 days left in Sao Paulo. The first 2 days were a nightmare!!!!! The rooms looked like a "stripped down" version of the room I stayed in, in May of this year in the same building under Akile Downtown Suites!

Local sujo. Apesar de haver fogão e pia no apartamento, não tem um só talher, nada de utensílios na cozinha. Não tem cobertor, nem controle remoto para uso da TV, parece que apenas decoração. O check-in é caótico. Depois de deixar a estadia por causa dos problemas, a empresa não devolveu ainda os valores pagos. Um descaso e abuso.

Quarto necessitava de melhor zeladoria com estofados rasgados, papeis de parede soltando e em mdf já se desfazendo. As fotos do anuncio do flat nao condizem com a realidade, o imovel era bem diferente e ainda tinha pago mais caro no site para ficar em um melhor e meu amigo que pagou mais barato que eu ficou hospedado em um flat melhor que o meu. As paredes sujas, banheiro estava com cheiro de esgoto vindo do ralo, a internet nao funcionou nenhum dia pois a senha que me informaram estava errada e nao foi possível conectar. Foi muita sacanagem eu ter pago mais caro para ficar em um flat melhor e ser colocado na unidade que fiquei. A localização e segurança do prédio sao boas.

Já havia me hospedado no mesmo prédio (que é ótimo), mas foi a primeira vez com anfitriões que usam a plataforma da Hotéis.com e a experiência foi PÉSSIMA! O quarto era absurdamente mal cuidado, com mobílias em estado de fim de vida, e pra piorar a privada inundava todo o banheiro quando acionada. Tentei resolver falando com a recepção do prédio, que tirou a responsabilidade deles e disse que eu tinha que resolver com os anfitriões. O problema é o que o telefone para contato deles no WhatsApp encaminhava para mensagens automáticas de robôs e levava um bom tempo para conseguir falar com um atendente. Consegui fazer a troca de quarto, para um em estado tão crítico quanto o primeiro, com um agravante: a bateria da fechadura eletrônica estava acabando, e eu avisei os anfitriões mais de uma vez. Disseram que mandariam um chaveiro para consertar, que nunca veio e adivinhem? A bateria acabou e eu não conseguia entrar no apartamento, com todas as minhas coisas presas lá dentro. No WhatsApp dos anfitriões a demora em responder me deixou em desespero, recorri ao atendimento da Hoteis.com que foi PÉSSIMO: me encaminharam para um atendente indiano, que não pode resolver o problema com os anfitriões da hospedagem por que eles… Não falavam inglês! Absurdo! Nunca me senti tão abandonado por uma hospedagem e por uma plataforma. E sim, depois de horas o chaveiro apareceu, quando a dor de cabeça já tinha ido para além do auge!

No geral bom, porém, tive problemas iniciais de acesso no quarto, a senha passada estava errada, o pessoal do prédio não tinha como ajudar, somente um WhatsApp, que demorou uns 30 min pra responder - com isso, gerou um estress, já que chegamos de noite para entrar. Mas de resto ok , o apartamento é bom, só poderia ter melhores opções de coberta
