I had a room without a window that need a fresh paint job. I politely requested a different room, because I was going to be there for multiple days. Never happened. Maybe I should have pushed harder, especially when I saw roomd available on the website, but decided to just be quiet. The staff was pleasant enough, however, if you have better options, consider those first.

You won't be able to sleep well, the walls are paper thin. You can hear people hitting their digital passcode to get in their rooms, five Doors Down from your own room. You'll never be able to actually sleep here.

I would extend to stay longer at this location, as aspects of the place are good, but I'm not going to. After several days here the noise is just unbearable. The walls are too thin. One can hear every single thing from rooms even very far away from your own, all through the night. Slept horribly.

The housekeeping did not clean my room - at any point. I asked for towels and it took them 2 days to bring them.

The hotel could not even give me a room key. Every day they changed the code to my room and I had to submit to face scans daily just to be able to access the front lobby door. After the first day 2 claimed their system didn’t work and I had to wait outside in the rain for several minutes each time just to enter the building.

Dirty linen, poor quality furniture, smelly shampoo, and incredibly LOUD. The receptionists say they're gonna help but they do nothing. No maintenance, no communication, zero accessibility... Terrible stay. Would not come back.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this property. The service was the worst I've ever encountered—both the staff and the manager were hostile and unfriendly, making us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. To make matters worse, the noise levels were unbearable; it was noisy all night, and I didn't get any sleep at all. The so-called "studio" is a complete scam. We measured it, and it is exactly 2.5 meters by 4.5 meters, to the millimeter, which IS including the shower and the corridor from the door. This matchbox-sized ridiculous room ("STUDIO APARTMENT"???????) leaves hardly any space to move around. There's only one chair, and the "kitchen" consists of a single electric heater. We felt suffocated and cramped the entire time. Booking this place for two weeks in advance was the biggest mistake we've ever made. It was a miserable experience, and we will never even contemplate visiting this awful place again. Avoid at all costs!

A localização e um dos pontos fortes deste local, no entanto as fotos como sempre nao condiz com a realidade, nao e tudo novo como parece, a estadia atende para seu propósito que e ser um lugar limpo, com uma cama adequada para dormir um chuveiro e um ar que funciona. Mas nao posso classificar como 5 estrelas.

Localização excelente, incrível! Quarto limpo e atendeu a acomodação de 4 pessoas, por 4 dias. A acomodação ofereceu ferro de passar roupas e secador de cabelo quando solicitamos. O banheiro do quarto 501 tinha um problema que a água do banho vazava para o restante do banheiro, mesmo com o box fechado. Isso foi chato pq o chão do banheiro ficava sempre encharcado e sujo. Não tinha panelas na cozinha, apesar de ter fogão de indução, pratos, talheres, frigobar e pia. No geral, um bom custo-benefício.
