The room was fine, although it needed a little maintenance... it looked a bit dirty. I had to ask for help from the staff at reception and they were very friendly and helped us solve the problem. On this occasion, I noticed that the shower area was too small and therefore a little uncomfortable. However, the location is perfect if you have to leave early for the airport.

Honestly, the room/apartment itself isn’t very spacious. It’s compact, but ideal for one person. In my case, I basically stayed just to shower and sleep one night before an early flight, and it was extremely convenient because I was at the airport in less than 5 minutes (traffic included). I absolutely loved the bed… I hadn’t slept that well in a long time. I highly recommend it and have already favorited this apartment to stay again and for longer stays. The cost-benefit was excellent, and I loved the experience. It met my needs 100%. I’ll admit I was a bit hesitant at first because I received a message asking for an ID to complete the check-in. But honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. It was AMAZING. I arrived, my face was recognized immediately at the entrance, I got in without any issues, and that only added even more value to the experience. Congratulations!

Checked in during the evening to find the toilet was not working. Was not offered to move rooms and a technician would come in the next morning to fix the toilet. Technician arrived around noon the next day and was unable to fix the toilet. Communication with the host Julia was terrible. After a couple hours we were offered a new room, however, it was a different category room with two twin beds. Little or no apology was given and communication ceased with the host Julia after we denied the twin room and moved to a different hotel requesting a full refund. Have not heard any updates on our refund almost a week after this ordeal.

Experiência péssima. Ao fazer o check in online, fui comunicado que o quarto reservado estava indisponível e fui realocado no Charlie Legacy, 4 km distante desse. Essa foi a única alternativa oferecida. Meus custos com uber aumentaram 200 reais por causa desse remanejo. Ao chegar no Charlie Legacy, a recepcionista não liberou acesso ao quarto, pois estaria ocupado. Só após muita insistencia, ligações pro gerente, que não quis atender, tentativa no whats do Charlie, que não funciona também, consegui acessar o quarto e constatar que não havia hospede algum. Isso tudo perto da meia noite, após longa viagem. Não recomendo essa hospedagem de modo algum.

Check-in e check-out muito bom sem a burocracia de papel, tudo automático limpeza boa também funcionários solícitos a ajudar. Só tem uma questão que eu acho que eles deveriam investir , na parte hidráulica por exemplo, no apartamento que fiquei o vaso não tinha um bom funcionamento, a pia do banheiro entupia também. Fora isso eu indico .

Alem de um sistema complicado para se fazer check-in e de recebermos quase às 22:00 hs um dos códigos para acessar o quarto ocorreu um problema com a nossa estadia, um dos 3 quartos que reservamos já havia alguém hospedado. Depois de muita discussão me deram um quarto sujo, com lixo ainda no banheiro e no quarto. Alternativa a isso seria nos hospedar em outra unidade bem longe do aeroporto onde tínhamos um voo bem cedo. Sinceramente não recomendo a ninguém esse hotel.

O lugar é novo, tudo muito bem decorado e excelente localização junto ao aeroporto de Congonhas. O checkin é feito por reconhecimento facial, com senha para entrar no quarto. Prático demais, recomendado.
