First I got a room with a water leaking issue but then contacted customer service on WhatsApp and they were very kind to change my room for another one and even better. Good communication english customer service available. The area is very safe for solo traveler. I will definitely come back again. Thank you 10/10

I stayed for a week in May and enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, workout room, laundry facilities, rooftop pool, proximity to public transportation, and general location. Plus, the bed was super comfortable! It was my first time in São Paulo and before I arrived I wondered about the safety of the area. But during my time there I felt completely safe. It’s a perfect place for an overnight stay if you need it for a connection between CGH and GRU airports, which you can easily travel between with the public transportation system.

1. Too long check in due selfie and uploading documents which did not go through in your system. In the end, facial invalid and need to depend on 'portaria' to back and forth to the building. 2. Toilet not running properly

Pontos positivos, a atenção e atendimento da equipe na propriedade, que minimizarmos as falhas da Charlie, e a localização, próxima a metro, com várias facilidade perto como farmácia, restaurantes, padarias etc. Já os processos e comunicação com a central da Charlie são muito fracos. Limpeza no apartamento meia boca, em um dos pratos na cozinha tinha um pelo de origem suspeita. Wi-fi no quarto a senha não funcionou e o sistema na porta muito ruim para digitar, meio milímetro fora do número e já não reconhecia a senha, parece que foi feita para dedos de criança.

A acomodação é muito boa, prédio novo, a única parte chata é que para estadias curtas não é feito o reconhecimento facial e toda que é preciso entrar no prédio é necessário interfonar e se identificar ao porteiro.

Localização excelente, solicitei ficar em um andar alto, agora aqui no app é complicado deles responderem, melhor ir no WhatsApp do charlie diretamente. Quarto ok, ar condicionado bom, tudo muito bom, sua facial nao ficará na portaria, é apenas para os moradores, toda vez terá que se identificar... Tem supermercado 24 horas bem próximo, bar, restaurante, lanchonete. A estacao de metrô paraíso, tem ponto de ônibus na frente do Nik.

Quarto limpo. Tive problema com a maquina de cafe Nespresso e prontamente resolveram o assunto. Prédio novo, ainda estao arrumando o edificio, mas nao atrapalhou em nada a estadia. Localizacao excelente.

A estadia no geral foi boa. Quarto no tamanho bom, tinha utensílios, eletrodomésticos novos. O gerente Philipe atencioso. Tinha um rapaz, não me lembro o nome, também muito atencioso. Porém a limpeza deixou a desejar. Quarto e banheiro não estavam limpos... Tinha fios de cabelo e poeira pelo chão. Os lençóis tinha umas manchinhas que parecia sangue. A localização é boa. Perto de metro, ônibus, mini mercados. Faltou no anúncio falar quais comércios tem perto, tipo daiso, soneda, mercados. Próximo dali tem farmácia e uma padaria que parece boa, mas como não sabia não pude conhecer
