Boa estrutura e localização e cama muito ruim

O apto e localização são ótimos. Duas ressalvas: 1-cama principal extremamente dura. Tive que dormir no colchão de solteiro que estava como segunda cama. O colchão principal parecia uma tábua de madeira. 2- isolamento acústico ruim, e com bastante movimento na rua até início da madrugada. Se tiver sono leve poderá ser um problema (não é meu caso).

Limpeza a desejar

As roupas de cama estavam com sujeira que parecia com sangue, e a parte da frente da cama parecia muito velho e com sujo também. Foram as coisas que mais me encomodaram, pelo valor das diárias, esperava o ambiente limpinho.

Ótimo quarto, mas péssima experiência de acesso e

acesso ao condomínio é bastante complicado. São duas portas de entrada, cada uma exigindo o uso de senha, totalizando duas autenticações para conseguir entrar. Além disso, a senha tinha 9 dígitos e o painel touch da porta apresentava falhas, o que dificultava ainda mais o acesso. Houve falhas de comunicação tanto na chegada quanto na saída, o que gerou confusão. Em momento algum, durante a contratação, foi informado de forma clara que se tratava de um flat sem recepção ou atendimento presencial. Por outro lado, o quarto é excelente — novo, bem decorado e com ótimo acabamento. Se a estrutura de atendimento e o acesso forem melhorados, a experiência pode se tornar muito mais agradável.

Go to a hotel.

Room was fine. Photo of pool is misleading: it’s really only long enough for maybe two strokes. Problem is entry: emailed instructions only in Portuguese, and chat support was wholly incapable of assisting. Took me one hour to finally receive instructions. One afternoon three separate parties lined up outside each trying to get their front door access codes to work. Will avoid Charlies from now on. Room fine but not worth the hassles.

Precisam melhorar

O quarto e a localização são boas. Mas alguns pontos nos deram problemas. Tais como loguin e senha pra entrar no prédio e facial não funcionaram em nenhum dos 4 dias que estavamos hospedados. Nisso precisavamos da confirmação da portaria diariamente o que nos atrapalhava. O chuveiro somente gelado. Entramos em contato mas não resolveram. O canal para contato é extremamente demorado. No geral a localização é boa e o quarto atende bem!

Bom, mas com ressalvas.

O apartamento é bacana, bem equipado. Contudo, a limpeza não é das melhores não. Cheguei e não havia energia elétrica em meu apartamento. O disjuntor estava desligado. A geladeira não funcionou. Além disso, a questão da abertura por id e senha na portaria, não é bacana. Teve um dia que o sistema reiniciou e fiquei mais de 5 minutos do lado de fora esperando.

Péssima experiência!

Sempre fico nos espaços do Charlie, porém esse é muito ruim, super barulhento, impossível dormir bem, limpeza deixou a deseja, muito ruim para entrar, precisa digitar 2 senhas nas duas portar para entrar, pq não funciona o reconhecimento facial. Péssima experiência!

Passagem rápida por sampa a trabalho...

O apartamento é excelente, limpo, confortável, mas barulhento por conta de ser no primeiro andar e ao lado da avenida que tem um volume intenso de veículos, logo o trânsito incomoda. Outro detalhe é o sistema de entrada que é inseguro para quem chega, pois fica do lado de fora esperando por uma liberação na portaria não muito célere e se estiver chovendo o hóspede ficará na chuva até a boa vontade do porteiro em abrir a porta para entrar. Quanto ao sistema de código de entrada que eles solicitaram não consegui utilizar.
