Hotel muito antigo e desatualizado. Parecia que tinha voltado no tempo. Banheiro com a banheira entupida. Ao pedir para mudar de quarto me ofereceram um ainda mais antigo e de solteiro. Ao comentar como o hotel estava em condições ruins, a pessoa que acompanhava disse: não cobraremos se quiser sair (o que indica que a situação deve ser comum). E a terceira vez que fico em um Estanplaza, três localidades diferentes, e todos abaixo da média. Não volto.

Gostei muito da localização do hotel. Quarto com móveis um pouco antigos, mas bem conservados. Cama confortável, banheiro ótimo, a banheira de imersão é sucesso. Café da manhã delicioso e farto. Toda a equipe de atendentes muito solícita e simpática. Voltaremos mais vezes.

Manutenção zero do banheiro

Inacreditavelmente a porta BLINDEX do banheiro se soltou do trilho quando eu fechei na hora do banho. Só não foi um acidente grave pq eu tive forças para segurar a porta antes dela bater no chão e estilhaçar toda. Um perigo… se fosse uma mulher ou criança teria se cortado toda.

Fui bem atendido pelos funcionários do hotel. O lugar era de fácil acesso. Porém não tinha muita pra fazer perto do hotel. Sábado foi um pouco complicado de dormir porque tinha um bar perto e fizeram barulho até tarde. O café da manhã foi bom. No quarto também não tinha muitas tomadas. Mas fora esses pontos, nossa estadia foi muito boa.

Excelente hotel

O hotel fica muito bem localizado entre a Marginal Pinheiros e a Berrini. A equipe toda é extremamente educada e prestativa. Desde o pessoal do estacionamento, segurança, recepção, restaurante...Todos muito bem preparados. O café da manhã é bom, o quarto é antigo porém bem cuidado. Chuveiro excelente. Ótima experiência em geral.

Talvez minha expectativa estivesse um pouco alta uma vez que a classificação do hotel estava como EXCELENTE. As instalações são bastante antigas, carpete, ar condicionado de janela, colchão de molas... O atendimento foi excelente e o restaurante é muito bom

Foi uma excelente estadia. Amei, muito bem atendida. Fiquei desconfortável apenas pelo fato da academia, sauna e piscina estarem em manutenção, pois era o que mais queria rsrs. Porém, pude usar no outro, mas queria o conforto de usar lá e não ter que me deslocar para outro local. Fora isso foi ótimo.

Ficamos frustrados

Não sei se foi por conta do final de ano, mas o serviço de quarto foi lastimável (cheguei a pedir sabonete e papel higiênico). A limpeza do quarto de um dia também foi sofrível, não limpavam a pia (os sabonetes usados ficavam derretendo pq não tinha saboneteira), os respingos no espelho, não limparam o lixinho do banheiro, usamos copos na noite do dia 24 e eles continuavam dentro da pia da copa hj. O café foi a la carte, o rapaz tinha boa vontade mas, claramente, não tinha experiência. Enfim, foi preço normal por serviço bem fraco. O hotel está precisando urgente de uma reforma, só tem ar cond no quarto, na salinha não, os metais estão gastos, inclusive a banheira (o chuveiro é dentro da naheira) tem marcas do tempo.
