Amazing location

It was great for a night. Location and staff are very good and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The downside was the mold in the bathroom walls and the smell of mold in the hall.

Clean hotel with great staff. Condition not great.

The hotel is in a good standard with very friendly and helpful staff. However, lacked in maintaining the facilities that were probably very good 20 years ago. The room and hotel were clean but state of flooring and bathroom was poorly maintained. Biggest shock was the door frame that was breaking apart when opening/ closing the main doors- quite a shock when staying in São Paulo where safety should be one of the priorities.

The hotel is located a block away from the busy Paulista Avenue which actually is good because traffic is less busy and it is quieter in the evening. Check in is a breeze as they offer an online advance check in. Staff are very welcoming and hospitable and most of them speak English which is a good help knowing that Portoguese is the most spoken language in Brazil. The hotel has an in house restaurant which serves good lunch and dinner. If you opted for a free breakfast, their breakfast is excellent. This hotel is a member of the Accor chains of hotels and so they maintain a good standard. Amenities are basic. 2 big towels, two medium and a floor towel. Shampoo and conditioner are in a refillable containers attached to the wall. They provide 3 small bar soaps and a shower cap. The wifi and hot shower all works excellent. Bed is comfortable and they offered me extra pillows since I found their pillows to be small and thin. They have a safe for your valuables. TV has limited English channels. The best thing about this hotel is its location if you want to explore Paulista Avenue. For that, I will surely choose this hotel again. .

It was Ok.

The building could use some upgrading as the structure seems to be quite "tired" . The fridge in the bedroom is noisy and I had to unplug it at night to avoid being awaken by the motor starting. Also the doors and/or walls are not soundproof so you can easily hear staff or people in the hallway when they are chatting, laughing or else.
